Morgan Mckinley - Global Rebrand
Morgan McKinley has been in operation since 1988 and as a result of the pandemic, the senior leaders decided to update the company brand in order to make it more personal and people-orientated.
Morgan McKinley - Overarching Brand
Initially the new logo and colours were selected by Ringers (creative digital agency) and when I first started with the company, they were coming to the end of that design process. I was given the opportunity to develop the brand further and to create three sub-brands for the three main businesses.
Multilingual
Morgan McKinley has three businesses, Recruitment Solutions, Talent Solutions, and Executive Search. Re-designing relevant documents and social posts and create templates using Bynder (digital asset management system) and Photoshop, in order to minimize brand deviation.

Over the course of 6 months, I re-skinned documents, created new design assets, collated suitable imagery, and created templates for our colleagues to use on Bynder and templates using the Google Drive applications (doc, slides, and sheets). I also provided support for my 900+ colleagues globally on how to use the new templates.
Morgan McKinley - Talent Solutions
The re-brand was a complete success and received glowing reports internationally, both internally and externally on the new look and feel of the Morgan McKinley brand, the ease of use of the templates, and the formal and informal training sessions which I delivered, to ensure the project deliverables were sustained.
